| As a MRS Member, you are obligated to attend 80% (42 weeks) of the annual MRS weekly presentations. For more information about MRS, check out the pages on this website. | |
 | Providing your contact information DOES NOT commit you to becoming a MRS member. You will be placed on a waiting list until an opening occurs. Once there is an opening on the waiting list, you will be invited to MEET THE SQUAD of your choice (based on the day or days you select) by riding in the Squad bus. You will have the opportunity to observe an Honors Service before making your final decision on joining MRS. |
 | Click to REgister as a MRS Member. You will be placed on a volunteer list, and when an opening for one of your selected days becomes available, a Squad Leader will contact you. You will be invited to meet the squad members and view their honors presentations. Upon providing your contact information,our MRS Recruiting Officer will contact you. |

 | After your visit, if you decide to join, the Squad Leader will have you complete MRS Membership forms. |
 | MRS membership is managed by VA Volunteer Services located at the VA Hospital. You will meet with the Volunteer Services for routine instructions and complete a background check. |
 | Once the VA Volunteers Admin approves your application, you will become an official MRS Member. You will then get a uniform and participate in the honors activities. |
  | A daily lunch is provided by the VA Hospital Cafeteria. Your VSO will provide you (at no cost) with a Garrison Cap. You will be responsible for your summer and winter footwear, daily transportation to/from Fort Snelling, care of your uniform, and VSO membership dues. |

MRS Squad Room at 612-725-6549 on the day your prefer, explain
the purpose of your call, and you will be connected with
a MRS Squad member to answer your questions.

1) before honors start at 9A or 2) during lunch, 11:30p and 12:30p.
