The table below provides links to instructions and forms for approval
of a veterans burial at a private or National Cemetery. A computer
printer is essential to print and complete the forms.
Using the Table: Pictures (clip art) in the table and underlined
BLUE words are “links” to the subject details. Simply put the
cursor on a picture or blue word and click. The table is setup
to begin at Row 1, column A then move to the next topic as you
would read a book. Table Item 1A is access to a Guide
describing the information provided for each table entry.
